From processing invoices to managing sales files, archives, and office supplies—you are the reliable support your colleagues can always count on.
What will you do?
Process purchase invoices
Issue invoices for sales files
Process bank statements
Check and archive sales files
Communicate with customers and suppliers
Assist the Director with various tasks
What do you bring?
With at least 3 years of relevant experience
Stress-resistant, accurate, and analytically minded
Hands-on mentality with the ability to set priorities
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Independent worker and a real team player
Valid driver’s license (B) and own transportation (due to business park location)
Flexible attitude and no 9-to-5 mentality
